OST tersebut berjudul THE PLANET bercerita tentang bekerja sama untuk menyelamatkan hari. Sementara itu, RM BTS berpartisipasi dalam menyusun dan menulis liriknya.

Sehari setelah rilis, pada Sabtu (13/5/2023) pukul 09.00 pagi KST, lagu tersebut telah mencapai No. 1 di tangga lagu iTunes Top Songs di setidaknya 67 negara, termasuk Amerika Serikat, Prancis, dan Australia.
