Meski hanya sebuah single Hyoyeon kembali dengan konsep andalanya. Hampir mirip dengan comeback lagu ‘Deep’ kali ini dia tampil dengan rambut gelap yang dan pakaian yang memberikan kesan kuat.
Sama seperti lagu sebelumnya seperti ‘Second’ lagu ‘Picture’ juga hanya tersedia dalam bentuk digital tanpa penjualan album fisik.
